The day Osama declared war on the U.S. it made page 15 on the NYTimes. Page 1 was covered with the Lewinsky fiasco-when he was told to give the green light to kill him he did not.     I think that good cops can take care of bad cops very easily. Cop watch is ignorant and overbearing on our law officers. They need to leave our cops alone and let them do their own policing.
